I received an error message when entering my card details?
Double check you entered all your information correctly. Some common reasons for this are:
  1. Your billing address does not match the one the bank has on file
  2. The card is expired
  3. You have reached or exceeded your credit limit
  4. You have exceeded your daily charge limit
My order was automatically cancelled, what to do?
The order is being cancelled after 14 days in EU and 7 days in US if no stock is available. This is due to Financial security.

I’ve received an email saying you’ve declined my order, why and what do I do?
Some common reasons are as follows:
1. Your billing and shipping countries are different
2. Your delivery country is not one that we ship to (double-check your shipping country in the beoplay.com footer)
3. Your credit card issuer rejected the order (if you believe this to be the case - call your issuer for pre-authorization and then place a new order) If you believe that your order was rejected in error, please double-check your information and create a new order on beoplay.com. If you have any further trouble, please contact customer service.

Does my billing address have to match the address on file with my credit card?
Yes. For credit card verification you must enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.

What payment methods can I use?

In Europe: We accept payment by MasterCard and Visa.
In the US & Canada: We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, as well as debit cards and ATM cards if they are issued by one of these major credit card companies.
We also accept Paypal.

Your credit/debit card will be pre-authorized for payment at the time of ordering. Our servers encrypt all information submitted to them, so you can be confident that your credit card information will be kept safe and secure. “How will the charge show up on my credit card?” If you paid by credit card, your payment will show up as “B&O PLAY a/s" on your statement.

When will my credit card be charged?

You won't be charged until your product is shipped.

Can I pay without VAT?
