We hope you're happy with Bang & Olufsen product. However, if you have purchased on and wish to return your product for a refund please read the following information and complete the fields below.

  • 30-Day Return Policy: We accept returns for refunds for orders made on within 30 days of receipt of your order. 
  • Product Exchanges: Unfortunately we're not able to process exchanges at this time. You'll need to return your product via this portal, then make a new purchase on 
  • Bang & Olufsen Store Purchases: This return portal is only valid for purchases made on As a majority of our Bang & Olufsen stores are independently owned and operated, you must return your order to the original store location.
  • Third Party Purchases: If you purchased your product via an authorized third party (ex: Apple or Amazon), you must return your product to that store. 
  • Warranty Policy: If your product is defective but outside the 30 day refund window, but still under their 2-year warranty you may use our WARRANTY PORTAL to have your product repaired. Warranty requests are valid for products purchased from, Bang & Olufsen stores, and authorized third party retailers.

Your product must be shipped back in its original packaging with all of the accessories included (charging cables, etc.) In order to process your return, please fill out all of the required fields below. 

  • Serial Number: The serial number for your product can be found on your product box next to the bar code. Earphones (the "around ear" model without remote/mic) do not have serial numbers, so you may skip this field. 
  • Order Number: Your order number can be located on your order confirmation email.

  • Confirmation Email: Once a successful return ticket is created, you will receive an email confirmation with further instructions on how to complete your return. Please place your product and its original packaging inside a shipping box.
  • Shipping: You will receive an email with an attachment that contains a pre-paid shipping label. Please print this off and affix it to your shipping box. You may drop off the package at any UPS pick-up location, or call UPS to schedule a pick-up at your home address.
  • Please Note: If you submit a return request outside of business hours, over the weekend or on public holiday, you will not receive a shipping label until the next business day.

  • We grant full right of return within 30 days should you regret your purchase in accordance with our terms and conditions for B&O PLAY
  • If the conditions of our return policy are not met, or the proof of purchase is missing, the refund will not be granted.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
